Shipping charges are automatically added at checkout. All products will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping. For orders within Canada, please allow 2-7 business days to receive your items. 

 

Processing time

Please allow us 1-3 business days to prepare, process, and ship out your order. You will receive an email notification once your items have shipped.

 

Addresses

Please check your shipping address Mossy Grove Tea Co. will not be responsible for packages shipped to wrongful addresses provided by the buyer. Shipping charges will not be refunded if buyer provided wrong details and product will not be replaced. If you have made a mistake before your items are shipped, let us know immediately and we will assist you as best as possible to complete the transaction correctly. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

 

Local Orders

Free local delivery is available for those living in the Vaughan, Ontario area (Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, Thornhill, Concord). This option will be available if your postal code is within the delivery radius.

 

International Orders

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post Small Packet, which will not include tracking, unless you specifically choose the Tracked Packet option. For US orders, please allow 5-14 business days to receive your items. For International orders, please allow 7-20 business days to receive your items.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. Import Taxes & Duties are vary for each country and type and value of product.
