✧ DIRECTIONS FOR USE ✧
Scoop 1 tablespoon of the loose leaf tea into a tea strainer, disposable tea bag, or any tea making device of choice. Heat your water to 95°C/200°F and pour into a cup with the strainer/tea bag. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to ensure the energizing benefits steep into the water. Sip and enjoy!
